Tri-Z or atc 250R????which one is cheaper/better value????do they have a tank each for petrol and oil or do you have to mix them? thank you trike experts

Hmm... performance trikes are certainly not my area of understanding. From what I've read on other forums, the Honda is reasonably bombproof, but the Tri-Z is more hardcore.
The one thing that does jump out is to NOT rely on 27+ year old oil injection systems. Premix is the safest way to go. Check out www.3wheelerworldforums.com Loads of info there. |

Generally there are a lot more Tri-z's about, The 250R is a lot rarer beast. I've ridden both, and they're both animals, powerful bikes. Generally a 250R will make more money because of this. A 1984 (airfooler) 250R that was road legal just made £1800 on e-bay. I would imagine a liquid cooled one '85~ would make considerably more.
I'm not sure about the Honda, but i know the tri-z takes premix, ie- no seperate 2 stroke tank. i might be wrong though. No-one on here got a tri-z quad? |
