horni found the reason for why my horn was so crap, i took it off the bike today and it was jammed up full of mud, a squirt with the hose pipe and some WD40 got it out, i put it back on the bike and it sounds a lot better now. so next event you just might be able to hear me when some one behind me gets stuck
